The number of homes sold in 2009 as compared to 2008 (133) were nearly the same with 130 closed transactions.  The average days on market improved from 102 to 97.  The average sales price dropped dramatically (-14.5%) to $240,005.  We are in the second year of a declining market and statistics are consistant with other New Hampshire 2009, second quarter market reports.



The number of condominiums sold in 2009 increased from 72 (2008) to 86 and the average days on the market improved to 105.  These statistics reflect the activity of the affordability of condominiums and the appeal to first-time homebuyers.  The average sales price declined slightly (-3%) from $188,421 to $182, 905.
